Strong Competition Marks Our Annual Spelling Bee
The school buzzed with excitement today, January 28, 2026, as our annual Spelling Bee took place. The competition was intense from start to finish, with each participant demonstrating focus, confidence, and an impressive command of spelling skills.
This year’s finalists were Kylie Aldana, Alcee Westby, Paige Staives, Kimahl Dawson, and Kason Wilson. Each student performed exceptionally well, making the competition a close one. Word after word, the spellers rose to the challenge, showing why they earned their place on the Spelling Bee stage.
In the end, Kylie Aldana secured first place, with Alcee Westby earning second place. Both students will proudly represent our school at the upcoming Zone Elimination, and we are confident they will continue to do us proud.
Congratulations to all participants for their hard work, preparation, and willingness to step forward and compete. Today’s Spelling Bee truly highlighted the strong academic talent within our school.
